When most people try to get nice abs, they try to do it by doing 100s of crunches and by crash dieting. This approach is sure to end up with a lot of frustration and very few results.

Even though I was skinny, I still didn't obtain the abs that I wanted and If you don't believe me, then just check out the picture of me below:

Those were my Marine Corps Devil Dawgs and as you can see, I was just a little ole stick body, but I've end up discovering an amazing program to helped me obtained a ripped 6 pack. I want you to remember that getting nice abs requires a very specific approach so following the program step by step is critical to your success. Nice abs don’t happen overnight but the program will definitely help speed up your process. If you really want nice abs, click here and you can develop abs like mine below or get even better ones.

-Decrease your overall body fat percentage!!
This is the most important step of seeing your abs! You already have great looking abs but they’re hard to see when they are hiding behind your abdominal fat. So, lowering your body fat percentage is the most crucial step in the process. Now, you will have to determine how much body fat that you do have. You can either go to your doctor, a fitness trainer or someone who works at a gym, or you can even determine it yourself. To determine how much body fat you have all you have to do is follow this formula.

-For Women
Factor 1 (Total body weight x 0.732) + 8.987
Factor 2 Wrist measurement (at fullest point) / 3.140
Factor 3 Waist measurement (at navel) x 0.157
Factor 4 Hip measurement (at fullest point) x 0.249
Factor 5 Forearm measurement (at fullest point) x 0.434
Lean Body Mass Factor 1 + Factor 2 - Factor 3 - Factor 4 + Factor 5
Body Fat Weight Total bodyweight - Lean Body Mass
Body Fat Percentage (Body Fat Weight x 100) / total bodyweight

For the Men:
Factor 1 (Total body weight x 1.082) + 94.42
Factor 2 Waist measurement x 4.15
Lean Body Mass Factor 1 - Factor 2
Body Fat Weight Total bodyweight - Lean Body Mass
Body Fat Percentage (Body Fat Weight x 100) / total bodyweight

-Decrease your overall number of calories! Depending on your body size and caloric needs, this will be a little different for each person. However, the general rule remains the same. You just have to cut back on what you are currently eating and I don’t mean to starve yourself either. Eat 4-6 small meals per day because it helps to regulate your blood sugar. When you eat a big meal, then that will allow your blood sugar to spike and then your body responds by releasing more insulin. When it releases extra insulin, it stores the excess blood sugar as body fat.

-Consume high quality protein, complex carbs (help gives you extra energy during digestion), and healthy fats (Omega 3’s)!

-Chicken, fish, turkey are all great sources of high quality. Make sure to bake instead of frying them.

-Consume fruits & foods that have naturally fat fighting properties!
Apples, Oatmeal, Beans, Nuts & Seeds, Citrus fruits (grapefruits, lemon, lime, tangerine, kumquat, pummel, ugli, sweety, Satsuma, minnelo, tangelo, orange, mandarin, clementine) Strawberries, Green Tea, Chillies, Cayenne Peppers, Fish, Ground Flax Seeds (which helps fight cellulite), Olives & Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Coconut oil, Garlic, Honey, Green Leafy vegetables (spinach, broccoli, celery)
If you follow that basic guideline, then you will be on your way to changing your body into that body that you were dreaming about. It won’t be easy but if you stay discipline and apply yourself then you can be able to do anything.
