Abs Abs Abs


This seems like the#1 topic that's on people mind when I log on to the internet or watch YouTube videos and there also seems to be some type of magical pill or abs machine that's getting promoted. So, people will tuned into these infomercials and see these models with a six pack (most were paid to advertise whatever product) and they expect to look just like that in a short period of time. Now, I know that you're sick and tired of buying these products and machines and getting minimal or no results at all. I'm actually sick and tired for you and I hate when those type of ads somehow make it to whatever page I'm viewing. In order to get rid of or slim down your midsection, you will have to understand your abdominal muscles and fat.

Understand that your body needs fat to store energy and the abdominal area is where it stores most of the fat. So, what does that mean? To put it in a nutshell, that's the last place where fat is going to leave. In order to have yours show like those models is to decrease your body fat and find the foods that fight fat naturally. If your thinking about liposuction, then I urge you to forget about it because it's not safe in my opinion. For one, during that procedure, it strips away your fat cells and fat will store wherever there are fat cells. So, if fat cells are no longer in your abdominal area, then your body fat must go to where the cells are. This means it will go to other areas of the body like your fingers, neck, or wherever it find those fat cells.

You have to control what goes into your body and stay away from foods that are high in fat, sodium (which leaves you bloated), and foods that have trans fat in them. You will have to find alternatives and give up the fast and greasy foods. Exercising is important but the real key to obtaining great viewable abs is through the foods that enter your body. Get away from the "diet" routine and just choose a healthier way to eat. To me, diets are temporary & you will go back to whatever you were doing when you see a little results. How about just making a decision to eat healthier and maintain those abs. Take in more fruits and vegetables and less meat and potatoes or you can cheat yourself and continue buying those crazy pills or machines and don't get results. The choice is always yours so let's make it the right one! There's a lot more to learn and I will share some more info here and later on but for now, get the basics down first! See you soon..
